  • There are many different types of inkjet printers on the market, and new ones are being introduced every day. Not

  • all inks are created equal! While our inkjet paper works in MOST inkjet printers, there is no guaranty that the inks

  • will be colorfast (we recommend using OEM's or pigmented inks whenever possible, as there are many inferior inks

  • on the market). We highly suggest that you test your inks (wash test) prior to producing multiple transfers to ensure

  • 1. In print options, select Photo paper as your paper type and turn the mirror image option on.

  • 2. Set the printing mode to photograph if necessary.

  • 3. Print in either 360dpi or 720dpi mode (do not print at higher than 720 dpi).

  • DO NOT OVERSATURATE COLORS. IT WILL NOT ENHANCE THE TRANSFER COLOR & IT

  • WILL ULTIMATELY CAUSE BLEEDING BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE DYE LAID DOWN. A LITTLE

  • COLOR WILL GO A LONG WAY!

  • 4. After printing transfer with the Inkjet printer, allow the transfer to dry thoroughly (we suggest 15 minutes to

  • 1 hour). COLOR MAY SEEM DULL BUT WILL INTENSIFY WHEN APPLIED!

  • If printing a flat color design (spot colors) such as Text or Block graphics:

  • 1. In print options, select plain paper as your paper type and turn the mirror image option on.

  • 2. Set the printing mode to graphics or text style of printing.

  • 1 hour). COLOR MAY SEEM DULL BUT WILL INTENSIFY WITH TRANSFER!

  • If shirt is 100% cotton, it will have the tendency to absorb excessive moisture. This can lead to bleeding problems. To

  • avoid this, it is best to pre-heat T-shirt until all the steam is out. It is always best to wash shirt before wearing.

  • COMMERCIAL INSTRUCTIONS - FOR USE WITH A HEAT PRESS MACHINE:

  • 1. After the image has dried from printing, approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour, cut the image leaving a 1/8”

  • border around the image.

  • 2. Press the image at 350°- 360° F for 16 seconds with the heat press, using moderate pressure.

  • 3. Quickly peel the transfer starting at the corner. USE CAUTION, PAPER WILL BE HOT.

  • HOME USE INSTRUCTIONS - FOR USE WITH A HOME IRON:

  • 1. After the image is dry from printing, approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour, cut the image leaving a border of

  • 1/8” around the image.

  • 2. Set the iron to the hottest temperature and do not add water to the iron. When ironing on to a T-shirt, double

  • fold the shirt so that the area that the image will be transferred to is facing upward. Iron the area for a few

  • seconds without the transfer paper over a hard surface, not an ironing board.

  • 3. Place the image face down onto the fabric. Iron the back of the image for a few seconds and let cool for

  • about 10 seconds. Iron the perimeter of the image first, starting at the lower left corner and moving upward

  • along the side to the top left corner. Next, iron the top center of the image moving slowly to the bottom

  • center of the image. Re-iron the image VERY SLOWLY using medium to high pressure. Continue

  • ironing until you have completely traced the sides of the image. This entire process should take about 60-

  • 70 seconds for an 8”x 10” image surface. Follow-up by ironing the whole image quickly, heating all of

  • the transfer paper again for approximately 10-13 seconds.

  • 4. Quickly peel the transfer starting at the corner immediately after the ironing process. USE CAUTION,

  • PAPER WILL BE HOT.

  • Wash inside out in COLD WATER. DO NOT USE BLEACH. Place into the dryer IMMEDIATELY and do not

  • hang to dry. Do not iron the shirt’s image surface again. It is always best to wash shirt before wearing it.
