All orders delivered to California (CA) will be charged the appropriate sales tax. If you want hi-tech graphics to remove your tax fee, please e-mail( a copy of your Resale Certificate & Seller's Permit. Indicate your order # on the sheet you fax to us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  • We will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information.
  • Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Note1: We do NOT accept a customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne or any other company) for any order.
Note2: For qualifying orders, FREE GROUND or Free Standard SHIPPING service is available for US continental 48 states "only".

Shipping Terms & Conditions

·  All orders to be processed within approximately one "business" day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment. We strongly suggest you DO NOT choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as ship method on FRIDAY ORDER!

·  In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

·  We do not accept WILL CALL currently except arrangement. The arrangement is required on the phone or e-mail.

·  To Cancel or modify your order, please contact us at before 9 AM PST.
Please note: We WILL NOT be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed.

Please e-mail any special orders for shipping internationally if it is possible or not.

General Claim

Incorrect Delivery & Lost Package Claim
Incorrect delivery and lost package is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways:

A. Package is not able to be located within the carrier network.
B. Package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving on the doorstep, but package was never received.

Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim
It is our goal to supply the correct part every time, however, occasionally a customer will receive a
item that is incorrect or be missing. In any of this situations, please contact us at immediately within 5 business days of the delivered date or we will not be able to accept the claim or return.


Missing item Claim Policy

If you have received your order and an item is missing, please prepare the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to We will start the investigation and get back to you in 2-5 business days.

  • Your order# and name
  • A Copy or a scan of the packing slip
  • Stamp(s) on the packing slip (E.g. PK#, QC#)
  • Dimension of the shipping box (some boxes has it's dimension printed on the bottom) estimate
  • A Digital picture of the received item inside shipping box
  • A Digital picture of the shipping label on box or bag

In these circumstances we will put in a claim with the carrier and reship the item once the carrier accepts the claim. It will take approximately 3 to 7 business days to investigate and settle. 

Return Policy

 General Policy for Returns:

 We offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee with our products. We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever. Please email to In order to qualify for a full product refund, the item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original retail box with all parts, accessories, etc.  Shipping charges are not refundable. While we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point because we incur irreversible fees. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation/return policy:

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Partially used vinyl rolls & application tape.
  • All products over 30 days old.
  • All software and clip art products.
  • All special order (customer ordered size etc.) items.
  • All by the foot vinyl products.
  • Graphtec vinyl cutters that are wider than 24".

Equipment Return Policy (Graphtec, MAXX, etc.):

Non-defective units can be returned for a refund with a 20% restock fee within 30 days of the original delivery date.  The restocking fee will be lowered to 10% if the customer is upgrading to a more expensive machine.  Machine downgrades are subject to the full 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges and starter kits are not refundable.  We will also deduct the replacement cost for used/damaged blades, cutter protection strips, carrier sheets, etc.  If upon inspection we find that the unit is not operable or has been misused or abused by the customer, no refund will be issued and the customer will be contacted.  

Vinyl Film Return Policy:

Unopened 15" & 20" wide vinyl rolls can be returned for a refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase.  Special order items which require drop shipping from the vendor are not returnable. No vinyl returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

In the case that we make an order entry or packing error, replacement products will be sent free of charge and shipping labels will be emailed to the customer at no charge.  Customers are responsible for giving the labeled return package to their shipping Service Center within 30 days.  If the return package is not received by Hi-Tech Graphics within 30 days, we will assume that the customer decided to keep the item and they will be charged/billed accordingly.

Defective Items Policy :

Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item delivery date.  After 30 days, defective items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty.  To exchange a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of the original item delivery date for a return authorization number and return instructions. 

Once we receive the returned defective item, we will verify the item's condition and serial number if applicable.  In order to qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned in good condition, in the original retail box with all accessories, parts, manuals, software, etc.

In certain cases, Hi-Tech Graphics will reimburse customers for shipping costs incurred for returning orders containing shipment packing errors made by Hi-Tech Graphics.  Return shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by Hi-Tech Graphics for shipping that item.  

Warranty Information:

Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

Return Shipping Cost:

Customer will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for a refund.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all preference-based returns and order errors. All return request after 7 days of the shipment arrival, 15% restocking fee also applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canceled order or address errors:

Please note that once the order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. We ONLY ACCEPT email cancellations. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Procedure. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returning products. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.
