Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping Method (For orders that are over $34.95)
If your order is UNDER $33.25 USPS priority and FedEx ground is $7.99.
Note1: We do NOT accept a customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne or any other company) for any order.
Note2: FREE GROUND or Free Standard SHIPPING service is available for US continental 48 states "only".
Shipping Terms & Conditions
· All orders to be processed within approximately one "business" day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment. We strongly suggest you DO NOT choose Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as ship method on FRIDAY ORDER!
· In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
· We require an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.
· We do not accept WILL CALL currently except arrangement. The arrangement is required on the phone or e-mail.
· To Cancel or modify your order, please contact us at 714-523-0344 before 9 AM PST.

We do not ship internationally for web-orders.

Incorrect Delivery & Lost Package Claim
Incorrect delivery and lost package is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways:
A. Package is not able to be located within the carrier network.
B. Package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving on the doorstep, but package was never received.
Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim
It is our goal to supply the correct part every time, however, occasionally a customer will receive a item that is incorrect or be missing. In any of this situations, please contact us at email@example.com immediately within 5 business days of the delivered date or we will not be able to accept the claim or return.
Missing item Claim Policy
If you have received your order and an item is missing, please prepare the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will start the investigation and get back to you in 2-5 business days.
In these circumstances we will put in a claim with the carrier and reship the item once the carrier accepts the claim. It will take approximately 3 to 7 business days to investigate and settle.
General Policy for Returns:
We offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee with our products. We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever. Please email your RMA request to email@example.com. In order to qualify for a full product refund, the item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original retail box with all parts, accessories, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
Equipment Return Policy (Graphtec, MAXX, etc.):
Non-defective units can be returned for a refund less a 20% restock fee within 30 days of the original delivery date. The restock fee will be lowered to 10% if the customer is upgrading to a more expensive machine. Machine downgrades are subject to the full 20% restock fee. Shipping charges and starter kits are not refundable. We will also deduct the replacement cost for used/damaged blades, cutter protection strips, carrier sheets, etc. If upon inspection we find that the unit is inoperatable or has been misused or abused by the customer, no refund will be issued and the customer will be contacted for redelivery.
Vinyl Film Return Policy:
Unopened 15" & 24" wide vinyl rolls can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of purchase. Special order items which require drop shipping from the vendor are not returnable. No vinyl returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
In the case that we make an order entry or packing error, replacement products will be sent free of charge and UPS Ground return shipping labels will be emailed to the customer at no charge. Customers are responsible for giving the labeled return package to their UPS driver or dropping it off at a UPS Service Center within 30 days. If the return package is not received by Hi-Tech Graphics within 30 days, we will assume that the customer decided to keep the item and they will be charged/billed accordingly.
Defective Items Policy :
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item delivery date. After 30 days, defective items will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer under the manufacturer's warranty. To exchange a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of the original item delivery date for a return authorization number and return instructions.
Once we receive the returned defective item, we will verify the item's condition and serial number if applicable. In order to qualify for an exchange, the original item must be returned in good condition, in the original retail box with all accessories, parts, manuals, software, etc.
In certain cases, Hi-Tech Graphics will reimburse customers for shipping costs incurred for returning orders containing shipment packing errors made by Hi-Tech Graphics. Return shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by Hi-Tech Graphics for shipping that item.
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost:
Customer will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Please note that once the order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. We ONLY ACCEPT CALL-IN cancellations. Please call 714-523-0344 to cancel the order. We do not guarantee order will be cancel on time if you leave a message but do not speak to a representative or if you email your cancellation request to us. If you want to cancel an order but it has already been process for shipping, then we can no longer cancel the order for you. If you would like to return the item after you’ve received it, please refer to our return policy.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org We will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.
