Frequently asked questions
Why do some listings say R or XPHR?
TexPrint renamed TexPrint R to DT Heavy and XPHR to DT Light. The paper is the same, so you may receive packs with either name during the transition.
Which should I choose, DT Heavy or DT Light?
DT Heavy is made for high-speed printers and heavy ink loads such as the RICOH GX series. DT Light is optimized for Epson printers and works on both hard and soft substrates.
Are TexPrint papers eligible for promotions?
Several listings state they are excluded from all promotional discounts and offers.
