Welcome to Heat Transfer Vinyl 4U. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of heattransfervinyl4u.com and any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, "HTV4U," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Hi-Tech Graphics, K & Y Inc., which operates this store. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting, using, or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms include important provisions such as warranty disclaimers and a limitation of liability — please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & accounts

By using our site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to anyone else.

2. Our products, colors & materials

We work hard to represent our products accurately, but on-screen colors and appearance can differ from the physical product depending on your device and settings. In addition, vinyl and material colors can shift slightly between production runs and dye lots.

Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product or limit quantities offered to any customer, region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive and process your payment before acceptance. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and we may correct errors or cancel an order even after it is submitted — if we do, we will try to reach you using the email, phone, or billing details on file.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Custom and DTF orders can enter production quickly, so cancellation may not be possible once production begins. See our Cancellations & Claims policy for details.

If you purchase for resale, you agree to do so in accordance with our Wholesale & Business Account terms and all applicable laws, including providing a valid resale certificate where required.

4. Pricing, billing & taxes

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import charges.

Promotions may carry their own terms and minimums; where those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern for that promotion. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and that the information is accurate. We collect sales tax where required by law. Qualified resellers may order tax-exempt once we have valid documentation on file — see Billing & Tax Exemption.

5. Shipping, delivery & risk of loss

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. 6. Returns, refunds & product guarantee

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. We stand behind what we sell with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Equipment is sold as final sale and is additionally covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm your return and guide you through it.

7. Custom orders & artwork

When you submit artwork for a custom transfer or print, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your artwork and grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order. We may decline or cancel any custom order we believe may infringe a third party’s rights. 8. Intellectual property

Our site and its content — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by HTV4U, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your personal or authorized business use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of it without our written consent. The HTV4U name and logo are our trademarks; Siser® and other brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners, and HTV4U is an authorized Siser® distributor. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Optional tools & third-party links

We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties, and we are not liable for your use of them. Our site may also link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk — please review their terms and policies before transacting with them.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but every sale is made directly with HTV4U. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your purchases and transactions with HTV4U.

11. Privacy

Information we collect through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use. By using the site, you acknowledge these policies.

12. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it for any purpose, including improving and promoting our products and services. You confirm you have the rights to the feedback you provide, and that it is not unlawful or infringing. We are not obligated to keep feedback confidential or to compensate you for it.

13. Errors, inaccuracies & omissions

Occasionally information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.

14. Prohibited uses

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to break any law; infringe intellectual-property rights; harass or harm others; transmit false or misleading information or spam; upload viruses or malicious code; collect others’ personal information; scrape or crawl the site; or interfere with its security or operation. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the site at our discretion, at any time, without notice. You remain responsible for all amounts owed up to the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated by HTV4U, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTV4U and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HTV4U, Shopify, and our affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the site.

19. Severability, waiver & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them without notice.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and HTV4U agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and consent to venue and jurisdiction there.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
