Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Heat Transfer Vinyl 4U / Hi-Tech Graphics, we understand that it is imperative that you receive your packages safely and without delay. We strongly advise you familiarize yourself with our guidelines regarding shipping and pickup in order to make the process as seamless as possible.

All orders must be placed online through our website. Customers are able to pick up their orders from our store by selecting Curbside Pickup during online checkout. Curbside Pickup is from 1:00-4:30PM. Please contact us if you have any questions or need to pick up an order in the morning.  

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours upon placing your order for us to process and prepare your order for pickup. 

Shipping and Handling Charges:

  • All outstanding fees and charges will be displayed for you once your shipping information has been entered on checkout; we do not charge hidden fees for your order(s).
  • Please review the details of your order carefully and inform us of any potential errors so that we may resolve the issue.

Shipping Methods:

Currently, our main methods of shipment consist of the following:

  • Free Standard Shipping (USPS or FedEx, our choice)
  • FedEx Overnight Express Shipping
  • FedEx 2 Day Express Shipping
  • USPS First-Class/Priority Mail 

Please note that orders placed outside of the contiguous United States, such as the states of Alaska and Hawaii, as well as the U.S. Territories of the American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may not be eligible for the shipping methods shown in certain circumstances (additional charges may apply).

Information Regarding Free Shipping:

Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics offers its customers Free Standard Shipping through USPS First-Class or Priority options or FedEx Home/Ground Delivery options for orders equaling $50.00 or above. Please consider a few key factors when selecting this shipping option for your order:

  • The estimated delivery times via Free Standard Shipping can range from 1 - 4 business days, depending on where you are located; however, we highly advise customers to be aware that these delivery times are not guaranteed, and that various issues faced by carrier services may result in a delay in your order’s delivery.
  • Once your order has been processed for shipping, an email containing the order’s tracking number will be sent to the email address provided to us. Please refer to the tracking number provided to you in order to check the status of your package. If you have concerns regarding your order during transit, please contact the carrier service in charge of delivering your order to you. 
  • The carrier service used to deliver your package via Free Standard Shipping is determined by Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics as we seek to lower shipping costs on our end. If it is of any concern, please let us know as soon as possible of your preferred carrier service between USPS and FedEx prior to your order’s shipment. We may ask for additional shipping costs to choose a specific carrier. 
  • Free Standard Shipping is limited to orders within the U.S.; orders placed within American states and territories outside of the contiguous United States may be subject to additional fees depending on the weight and dimensions of their package. Customers will be notified for confirmation as soon as possible in the event this occurs. This may result in a delay of shipment depending on how long it may take to contact you.
  • If a customer returns an item shipped via Free Standard Shipping, they may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our returns policy for further details. 
  • The below map shows the estimated transit business days for FedEx Ground service only.

International Shipping 

  • Products shipped outside the boundaries of the United States will not be eligible for warranty service or returns.
  • Certain products, such as, but not limited to, heat press machinery and printers, can be shipped internationally with the necessary additional charges under the responsibility of the customer.
  • No returns/exchanges will be accepted for international orders. 

Shipping Information:

  • Please be mindful that Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics is not responsible for your package upon handing it to the carrier service in charge of its delivery. Additionally, we do not personally deliver your orders to you.
  • Consequently, do not send us your personal delivery instructions; these will be disregarded. To set up delivery instructions for your orders, please contact the carrier service or local post office in charge of delivering your package or refer to their respective websites to set up directions online.
  • Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific Time will be processed and readied for shipment. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This cannot be guaranteed for bulk orders, orders with particular errors that require contact, and other issues that may result in a delay of processing and preparation. 
  • If an order is placed after the noted 3 PM cutoff time, they will be prepared the following business day unless immediately contacted due to urgency. Regardless of its urgency, Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics cannot assure its processing on the same day.
  • If you need your product by a certain date, please contact us at and we will try our best to accommodate the request. For urgent orders, we recommended using FedEx 2 Day or Overnight shipping. 
  • If an order is found to have errors that affect our attempts in completing it for shipment, it may be held onto for 3 business days. We will try to reach you through the contact information provided for us upon confirmation throughout the 3 days. If there is no response within these 3 days, we may take matters into our own hands in dealing with the issue in order to prepare your items for shipment. If an order has missing items and there is no response from the customer within those 3 days, those missing items will be prepared on a future placed order.
  • Delivery signatures are required for all equipment and / or large supply orders.
  • If there are any concerns regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been prepared for shipping.
  • Please be aware that we reserve the right to delay or refuse service for any reason. 

Local Pickup Information:

  • Customers who reside in California have the option of selecting local / curbside pickup during checkout in order to pick up their orders at our location in Buena Park, CA.
  • All orders set for local pickup require a minimum of 2 hours for processing upon its confirmation. 
  • Pickup times are exclusively from 1 - 4:30 PM.
