Free shipping over $99, same-day dispatch, and curbside pickup from our Buena Park warehouse.
How fast we ship
Every order ships from our own warehouse in Buena Park, California — we stock what we sell, so there is no drop-ship waiting game.

Orders placed after the cutoff are prepared the next business day. Same-day processing is not guaranteed on bulk orders or orders that need us to confirm a detail with you first.

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
- We choose the best standard carrier for your order (USPS or FedEx).
- Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days depending on your location. Transit times are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays.
- A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may carry additional charges based on weight and size — we will contact you to confirm before shipping.
Curbside & local pickup — Buena Park, CA
Local to Orange County? Choose Local / Curbside Pickup at checkout and skip shipping entirely.
- Pickup window: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Please allow a minimum of 2 hours after ordering for us to pull and pack your order.
- Custom and DTF orders may need more time — we will email you the moment your order is ready.
- Need it rushed? Contact us before ordering; rush fees may apply.
Choosing a faster method
At checkout you can upgrade to expedited service: FedEx or UPS Overnight/Express, FedEx 2-Day Express, FedEx or UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Want a specific carrier for a standard order? Contact us before it ships — additional charges may apply.
A few things outside our hands
Carrier, delivery & international details
- Once we hand your package to the carrier, transit and delivery are the carrier's responsibility.
- Delivery instructions need to go directly to the carrier — instructions sent to us cannot be honored.
- A signature is required on all equipment and large supply deliveries.
- We cannot modify an order once it has been prepared for shipment, so reach out as early as possible.
- We are not able to refund shipping for delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues — but we will always help you track and follow up.
- International: select equipment can ship internationally with additional charges paid by the customer. International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty service.
