What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday during the hours of 8 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and certain holidays.

How can I place an order?

Please place all orders through our website by selecting all requested items, as well as deciding their respective colors, lengths, quantities, and instructions if necessary. Add all needed items in your cart and checkout with the required billing / shipping information that will be asked of you to complete your order.

Where are you located? May I place an order at your storefront if I am local to your area?

Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics is located in Buena Park, California. We currently do not allow for local customers to place orders within our storefront in-person; all orders must be placed online through our website. We allow for orders to be picked up if requested within the hours of 1 - 4:30 PM. All local orders must be given a minimum of 2 hours for processing and preparing the requested items for pickup. What exactly is the Mix-It-Up option for your heat transfer vinyl?

Our Mix-It-Up option for select vinyl products allows customers to request multiple colors of vinyl and their individual lengths within the overall length of vinyl purchased; it is not a random select option. Please type in your selections carefully; it is highly advised to use proper punctuation and to refer to the explicit names of colors listed on the product pages on our website when typing your requests in order for us to better serve you.


How do I use a product I have purchased?

Most product pages on our website provide customers with the necessary instructions needed for its application; please look through the given material. If you have further questions on how to use a certain item, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

I have not yet received my package. What should I do?

If your order has been shipped, but has not reached you within the given timeframe of its shipping method, please contact the carrier service or local post office in charge of your package’s delivery for the latest tracking updates and further detailed information. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed for shipping and is in the carrier service’s hands, the responsibility of your package now lies with the carrier. We are unable to check its status beyond what is shown through the package’s given tracking number in these situations. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your understanding.

I have specific directions regarding my order’s delivery. 

Heat Transfer Vinyl4U / Hi-Tech Graphics itself does not deliver your orders to you. All responsibility regarding your order’s delivery lies with the carrier service determined upon your order’s confirmation. Further information can be accessed via the tracking number given to your email used for the purchase. For specific delivery instructions concerning your package, please refer to the guidelines set by the carrier service delivering your order on their respective websites or contact them via phone.

What are reward points? How do they work?

Many of our products are worth a certain number of points that are awarded to customers upon purchases; these points act as currency usable on our website and will continue to accrue with every additional purchase. These points can be redeemed to discount your order’s subtotal on the checkout page. To redeem your points, please use the option provided upon cart checkout.
