Stahls Hotronix Power Platens

The new HOTRONIX® POWER PLATENS™ applies heat from the lower platen for a quicker bond between adhesive and fabric while applying less heat to the face of heat-sensitive garments. The Power Platen™ is available in 4 sizes with built-in pillows for the right fit, no matter what you're decorating.

PERFORMANCE

• Application instructions are for polyester or synthetic fabrics only. Make sure to increase the time if you are using a thicker garment. Do not pre-heat polyester or synthetic garments
• Compatible with 16" x 20" Hotronix® Auto Clam, MAXX® Clam, and Air FUSION heat presses. (Not compatible with Hotronix Fusion
• 6" x 20" Power Platen is not recommended for Hotronix® Auto Clam.
• For heat presses with a machine born-on date before 2014, call Stahls’ Hotronix at 800.727.8520

THE POWER IS IN THE PLATENS
Do more with your heat press with 4 sizes of interchangeable platens to fit whatever you're decorating. Built in heat press pillows give you a solid press when dealing with zippers, buttons, or seams - no extra accessories needed.

STOP SCORCHING
With heat from the lower platen, tackle delicate polyester and blends with. Heat applied directly beneath heat transfer adhesive means a quicker bond between the adhesive and fabric, further reducing the risk of scorching and speeding up production.

EMBLEMS & APPLIQUÉ
Keeping heat off the face of embroidery, emblems, and appliqué keeps them from overheating and helps to retain their full dimension. Heat from the lower platen also helps make application of thick emblems and patches fool-proof with a long lasting, durable bond.
