🔥 Application

Application instructions

Heat press

  1. Cut material – don’t mirror!
  2. Weed excess material
  3. Mask with TTD High Tack Mask
  4. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  5. Apply design at 280°F~290°F (137°C~143°C)
  6. Use medium pressure for 8-10 seconds
  7. Peel carrier hot
  8. Cover and reheat for 2-3 seconds
  9. Please consider that puff vinyl colors will turn lighter after puffed.

Home iron

  1. Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  2. Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
  3. Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  4. Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
  5. Press each section of design for 10-12 seconds
  6. If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds
  7. Peel carrier hot
