HT-Flex is polyurethane HTV that shares some of the great qualities of other best brands while being more budget-friendly for crafters. This HTV is our flagship product and comes in 30 different colors. This stunning HTV is easy to transfer and weed from sticky carrier adhesive that could help complete your projects with ease.
HT-Flex has a semi-gloss finish and is a hot peel so it’s really easy to use. With a 100 Micron thickness, it offers longevity when applied to cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blend garments. Sticky carrier allows for fast weeding and easy repositioning if any material is lifted from the carrier.
Layer vinyl all together and embody endless creativity! No matter if you’re a professional or a beginner, this HTV will work like magic for all projects. HT-Flex is CPSIA Certified so it's perfect for decorating children's clothing and accessories.

Application instructions
Heat press
- Cut in Reverse
- Weed excess material
- Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
- Apply design at 305°F/150°C
- Use medium pressure for 15 seconds
- Peel carrier hot
Home iron
- Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
- Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
- Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
- Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
- Press each section of design for 15 seconds
- If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds
- Peel carrier hot
