How to press HTV4U Flock
Cut your design
Mirror your artwork before cutting. For Graphtec plotters, a 45-degree blade with a recommended force of 10–15 and speed of 7.9–11.8 in/s may be used as a starting point. Always test your specific machine and blade.
Weed the excess material
Remove the unwanted vinyl from around your design. The self-adhesive carrier helps keep the cut design in position during weeding.
Heat press
Place the design on the garment and press at 320°F for 10–15 seconds using medium pressure.
Warm peel
Allow the material to cool slightly, then remove the carrier while warm following the recommended warm-peel process.
